    Because our items are made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. Please order sizes carefully. Use the size charts provided in listing descriptions. We cannot accept exchanges or returns unless there is a fault or error with the item, in which case we can send a replacement.

    In the event that there is an error or fault in the item you received, please reach out to us at info@fadingline.com so that we can resolve the issue for you. 

    Please send us the following info:

    • Order Number
    • Item Name
    • Photos that show: The fault as clearly as possible AND a full length photo of the item.

    Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us. We will be in touch within 24-48 hours or sooner.
